In 2012 we developed a strategic partnership that allowed a local baler dealership to expand their service capabilities and afforded us the opportunity to expand our expertise.  Since then we have built an extensive knowledge of balers and various other recycling equipment.  Whether you need repair, troubleshooting (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic), or a complete overhaul of your baling equipment regardless of manufacturer we can help.

Repair

This customer came to us with a single ram baler in which the upper frame rail had split along the shear bar.  We cut out the damaged frame rail, welded a new piece of channel in to replace the rail, and added a structural support around the machine at the shear point.

reline

Here we are welding in a wear kit to the bottom of the main platen of an American Baler 2 ram.  We are painstakingly meticulous when performing a machine reline, having this done properly and at the necessary intervals is vital to the function and longevity of your machine.

rebuild

This is an example of a machine in the early stages of a complete refurbishment.  This baler received a completely redesigned power unit, new control panel, new plc, and several major structural replacements.
